YIT Group is a multinational construction company that consists of three segments and operates in various fields related to the construction industry, from real estate development to infra services. It operates in eight countries and has more than 6,000 employees. In such a big company, information flow can sometimes be a challenge. Not to mention the challenge of how to reach the right people most effectively and build an image of one unified YIT.

The Solution

YIT saw the opportunity in Employee Advocacy. Most importantly, they realized that sharing has to be made as simple as possible.
